Average Marketing Salaries
US Heads of Sales and Marketing are Highest Paid Worldwide
Companies in the US pay the most annual total cash* for
heads of sales and marketing, according to a new global survey by Mercer
Human Resource Consulting. The research, which covers pay for sales and
marketing professionals in over 8,000 organizations worldwide, found US
employees in this position are paid almost seven times their counterparts
in Bulgaria, the lowest paid country. (*Annual total cash refers to the
total of annual base salary plus any guaranteed cash plus the actual
annual short-term incentive amount.)
