Majority of U.S. Workers Seek to Change Jobs To Increase Wages; Most of Those Who Switched Jobs Saw an Earnings Increase

A new study from Pew Research finds that around 1 in 5 workers are somewhat likely to look for a new job during the next 6 months. Most of those who switched jobs from 2021-2022 saw an increase in real earnings, while less than half of those who remeained at their jobs did not see a wage increase.
