Multiple studies have found that work-life balance has been steadily decreasing in the past few years. Tech jobs have especially been known for being very demanding on one’s personal life. That’s why a newly published list from Glassdoor comes as good news and some of the jobs topping the list may come as a surprise. Glassdoor compiled employee feedback shared on their site over the last year to create a list of of the 25 best jobs for work-life balance and the average salary for each of those positions. Tech jobs top the list and salaries are fairly diverse. Job/Avg Salary/Work-Life Balance Rating (based on a 5-point scale where 1 is dissatisfied, 3 is okay and 5 is very satisfied).
